Research and select the type of networking events you wish to attend that will eventually help you to meet kind of people you expect. There is a possibility that you will be connected to the key influencers in your industry that could be a big investment of your money.
Discover something everyday
Explore areas that are not your niche or forte, not only it will make you versatile but it develops you into a very skillful person. Learn something that challenges you as this would get you out of your comfort zone, your employees will perceive you as a great example too! Hence, they will follow your footsteps and learn from you.
Giving up is never an option
As cliché as it sounds, it is the number one rule to never give up while you are still at it. Take every failure as a lesson and take any setback as temporary.
